Occasion: Pumpkin-Pie Parfait is a delicious fall dessert for Halloween, Thanksgiving or any fall festivities.
Ingredients:
1 can of pumpkin purée
1 box vanilla pudding mix
16 oz of milk
1 tsp of unsalted butter
1 tbsp of sugar
½ Vanilla extract
½ ground cinnamon
¼ ground nutmeg
¼ ground cloves
1 can of whipped cream
White chocolate chips
Cookies (of your preference)
Directions:
- In a bowl mix the pumpkin purée, the vanilla pudding mix and milk with melted unsalted butter.
- Then add the sugar, vanilla extract, ground cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Combine all ingredients until you have a consistent smooth paste.
- Put the cookies in a plastic bag and crush them.
- In small or big glass containers layer the cookie crumbs, pumpkin purée, and whipped cream until the container is full.
- Once you’re done filling the cups top it off with some more whipped cream, cookie’s crumbs and white chocolate chips.
- Let it chill until it’s time to eat.
- And enjoy!
